Sreegith C K: Way back in 2014 we could find the untapped potential in the Educational management software vertical, Only top schools and professional colleges could afford to have full-fledged school ERP, and that too in tier-one cities. We were planning to evolve a lightweight (Commercially) educational management software service by leveraging the latest technologies and trends in IT services. Our consistent research and engagement with top educators in the region helped us to evolve SIPSNITYA (Cloud-Based Educational Management software service - available to customers as a SaaS model)

Sreegith C K: Currently we are focused mainly on SIPSNITYA - very few industrial and institutional process management systems also delivering over our SaaS platform.

Our Educational Cloud (SIPSNITYA) service solution uses intelligent technologies to help with active involvement, and collaboration and optimizes time & resources for educational institutions. No matter how big or small it is the educational institute, a very lightweight cloud service to ensure you securely access 24/7 from anywhere, anytime, any device.
The main differences are
1) Since we adopted the latest technologies - Like Application load balancing, and Autoscale configurations-based cloud solutions, along with automation tools to manage the servers and network instead of a bunch of infrastructure specialist resources, we are capable to deliver the service at 40% less costly than the competitors.
2) Automation tools to automate most of the costly server and network management infrastructure and ITSM-based deploying methodologies along with snapshot-based backup systems etc. helping us to ensure fewer human interventions and interventions with proper backup plans, helping us to achieve 99.99% uptime of services.
3) We offer unlimited customization to the customers, as every institution wants process management the way they follow. We have a complete Platform Tools module for the field customization which reduces the dependency of the core development team for the minor customizations. almost 80% of customer requests are getting resolved with field customizations. It is a key differentiator, No Educational ERP product in the country offers such a platform.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Sreegith C K: Pandemic and related lockdowns gave us a good growth opportunity, we could expand to 12 more Indian states during the period. but cash flow is a bit struggle since we operate at nominal margins, the slowdown in the cash flow is troubling our bottom line. Market acceptance in the upcountry is still slow, lengthy sales cycle in upcountry, how ever-faster adoptions are happening now.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for SIPSS GLOBAL INDIA PVT LTD?
Sreegith C K: We are currently engaged with 1500-plus institutions across 15 Indian states and a few in Australia. Our focused expansion drive across the country and world is in progress, by end of the 5th year from now we wish to see ourselves established in all the corners of India and operations across 25 countries
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Sreegith C K: There is no shortcut to success, trust your idea and always leap forward with it, if you face struggles accept it instead of giving up, your day is very soon. you will always get paid for all your struggles. No genuine efforts and actions ever get wasted.
